The Project :

To re-design the VTR UK website to give them a modern professional look and to better reflect the companies specialised technical recruitment, staffing and payroll services within the aerospace, defence and high-tech industries. They also wanted to increase the number of direct applicants for their latest jobs by integrating a live job feed into the site from their new cloud-based recruitment system Cirrus Nova Prism.

The Solution :

The new VTR UK website now enables them to manage and post latest jobs from within their new recruitment software. This features heavily within the new site design enabling potential candidates to view the latest jobs and easily apply with a few simple clicks from anywhere on the site. The new website has a modern, clean design making strong use of related images, interactive features, simplified navigation and the company’s branding to highlight services and the company’s latest news. We also integrated the site with the company’s social media to help enhance and increase the company’s web presence within the recruitment industry.
