An application that lets photographers match photoshoot images to the correct students, uploads the photographs to Azure and passes them to the printing provider's system.
What we delivered
- An application for matching images to students. Photographers use it to identify the images from a photoshoot and match each one to the correct student.
- Automatic upload to Azure. Once matched, the photographs are uploaded without anyone moving files by hand.
- Integration with the printing provider. The photographs are integrated with the printing provider’s system, ready to be printed.
Why it is a good example
A school photoshoot produces a great many images of a great many children, and each one has to end up with the right family. Matching them is the step where mistakes are made, and it is work the photographers have to do themselves.
The application makes that step easy, and then takes care of what follows. From the photoshoot to the printer, the photographs move on their own.
